I’m Tanya, the founder of Cool Remedy, and my journey with cryotherapy started with my own battle with pain. At just 35 years old, I was diagnosed with arthritis—a condition typically associated with aging. Like many, I struggled to find relief, trying everything from medication to physical therapy.

One thing that always helped me was icing—after every therapy session, my physical therapist would apply ice, and I could feel the instant relief. But it wasn’t until I discovered cryotherapy that my life truly changed. The deep cold therapy provided the fastest, most effective way to reduce my inflammation and pain, and from that moment, I was hooked.

Knowing how life-changing cryotherapy can be, I decided to focus on the aging community, where arthritis and chronic pain are all too common. I took my personal struggle and turned it into a mission—to help others find the same relief that changed my life.
